Sex Play Privacy Policy

1. About this policy and contact details

This policy describes data processing on sex-play.ru and its language versions. It applies to the Sex Play service and does not cover the separate Shorts service.

The administration of the Sex Play service is responsible for operating the service and processing data. Send data-related questions and deletion requests to info@sex-play.ru. Contact details are also available on the support page.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. The rules for using it are set out in the Terms of Use.

2. What data is processed

The data involved depends on the features you use:

• Account: email address, the name you provide, selected sex, account identifier, email verification status, activity times, subscription details, and the date and edition of document acknowledgements. Your profile name does not have to be your full real name.
• Sign-in and security: password hash, service tokens, two-factor authentication settings, registered passkey details, IP addresses and sign-in information. When you use a passkey, the service stores the public key and technical registration details; we do not receive a fingerprint or facial image from your device.
• Games and couple interactions: linked partner, answers to questions, game settings and saved configurations, custom dares, marks and reactions, desire status and messages sent through the available couple features.
• Payments: selected period, order and transaction identifiers, payment status and details of the access provided. Payments through Telegram involve the associated Telegram identifiers. The service does not store full bank card details.
• Notifications: email address, notification settings and, if you enable push notifications, your browser subscription endpoint, encryption keys and technical device or subscription identifiers.
• Support and technical data: the contents of your enquiry, a contact for our reply, and information about your browser, device, visits, usage events, errors and technical requests.

Do not send support your passwords, full bank card details or documents that are not needed to resolve your enquiry.

3. Why the data is needed

We use data to create and protect accounts, enable sign-in and account recovery, save settings and answers, operate games and couple features, activate subscriptions, deliver the notifications you choose and respond to enquiries.

Technical events, diagnostics and statistics help us identify errors, protect the service against abuse and improve its operation. Some internal events are associated with an account identifier, such as subscription purchase events for a signed-in user.

We do not sell user data or share it to advertise other parties’ products. The service does not display advertising from third-party advertisers. We do not use user data to train AI models.

4. Answers, your partner and custom dares

Answers to intimate questions, statuses and custom dares may contain information about your intimate life. Provide them thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary personal information about yourself or others. This policy describes data processing and does not in itself constitute your consent.

Linking accounts with your partner involves the information sharing built into couple features: profile data, subscription access details, matching desires, shared ideas, statuses and messages. A paired-question card may display both halves of the question and their answers, including a negative answer to one half when the other half matches. Do not assume that linking accounts keeps all your answers completely hidden from your partner.

Custom dares are not automatically published in the shared catalogue. A dare you have allowed to be submitted for publication is available for moderation; if accepted, a separate copy is created for the shared catalogue. Rejection for publication does not delete your personal original or prevent you from using it with your partner.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are used for sign-in, maintaining sessions, protecting requests and operating the interface. Browser local storage and IndexedDB hold the necessary settings, application state and your account’s push notification preference on that device. A service worker supports the installed application, resource caching and push notifications.

You can clear site data or restrict cookies through your browser. This may sign you out, reset local settings or stop certain features from working. Uninstalling the application or clearing browser data does not in itself delete your account or server-side data.

6. Technical recipients of data

The service uses external infrastructure providers. They process information associated with the relevant feature:

• Timeweb: infrastructure hosting, backup storage and email delivery. When an email is sent, the email infrastructure processes its recipient address, subject and contents. Messages sent to our email address also pass through the sender’s and recipient’s email providers.
• Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica: statistics on visits and website usage. Google Analytics is connected in the Russian and English versions; Yandex Metrica is connected in the Russian version. The counters use browser identifiers, cookies and information about pages, events and devices. De-identified reports do not mean that the provider processes no technical data. The integration does not provide for deliberately sending email addresses, answers to intimate questions or Sex Play account identifiers to the counters.
• Sentry: error diagnostics; a report may contain technical details about the request, page, device and circumstances of an error.
• Yandex SmartCaptcha: request verification to protect against automated abuse; verification data and technical information, including the IP address, are processed.
• Payment services, including Telegram when used for payment: processing payments and sending confirmation. The selected payment provider’s documents also apply.
• Your browser’s push provider: delivery of encrypted notifications if you enable them. Once decrypted, the contents appear on your device and may be visible on its lock screen, depending on your settings.
• Sources of external images and other materials: if a page loads material from an external address, your browser contacts that server and sends the usual technical information associated with a network request.

Data processing by external providers is also governed by the documents of the respective services.

7. Hosting, access and protection

The main server and database are currently hosted in Russia. Some external providers, including analytics, diagnostics, payment and browser notification providers, use international infrastructure; the associated technical data may be processed outside Russia. The location of the main server does not mean that all external services operate in the same country.

The service owner is the only person with administrative access to the data; there is no separate team of employees with such access. Technical tools and infrastructure providers are used for operation, development and support to the extent needed for those tasks.

We use access controls, secure connections, password hashing, sign-in protection and backups. These measures reduce risks but cannot guarantee absolute security. Information may be provided in response to a binding lawful requirement, to the extent prescribed by law.

8. Retention and account deletion

Account data, answers, settings and related feature data are stored to operate your account and provide the service. Accounts are not automatically deleted solely because of prolonged inactivity. You can request deletion at info@sex-play.ru.

Deletion is carried out manually. We clarify which account is to be deleted, explain that it cannot be restored and ask you to explicitly confirm your decision. After confirmation, we delete the account and its associated records from the live database, including answers to questions, custom dares and settings. Completion usually takes up to 24 hours after confirmation; the procedure and timing are communicated in the support correspondence.

We do not offer restoration of a deleted account on request. Residual data may remain in previously created backups until scheduled cleanup: daily backups are retained for 7 days, weekly backups for 30 days, and monthly and manual backups for 365 days. Cleanup runs as part of scheduled backup operations, so deletion from the live database does not mean simultaneous deletion from every archive.

Support correspondence, technical logs and external providers’ records are stored separately from the live account. If your request also concerns this information, mention it in your enquiry: we will clarify what is held and the applicable retention periods. External providers manage retention on their side under their own documents and applicable requirements.

9. Your options and enquiries

You can change the available account data and settings, manage your partner link and notifications, request information about processing, ask for data correction or deletion, and withdraw consent previously given. The scope of your rights and the procedure for handling requests are determined by applicable law. This policy does not restrict the legal remedies it provides.

To prevent someone else’s account from being deleted or disclosed, we may ask you to confirm control of the linked email address. We request the information needed for the particular enquiry. If a feature cannot work without certain data, we will explain this when handling your request.

Email notifications are managed in your profile; push notifications are managed in your profile and browser settings. Signing out suspends the push binding on that device while preserving that account’s local preference. Signing back into the same account may restore notifications; another account does not inherit that preference.

10. Changes to this policy

The current policy is published on this page with its version date. We will announce significant changes to data processing on the website.
