Sex Play Terms of Use

1. About the service and these terms

Sex Play offers games, dares and questions for adult couples. These terms govern the use of sex-play.ru and its language versions. They do not apply to the separate Shorts service.

In these terms, “Administration” means the administration of the Sex Play service, and “User” means a person using the service. You can contact the Administration at info@sex-play.ru or through the support page.

Before using the service or making a payment, read these terms and the conditions of your chosen access option. By using the service, you accept the provisions of these terms that apply to you. These terms do not restrict any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

2. Age and voluntary participation

The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. Everyone participating in a game must be an adult and take part voluntarily. Any dare, question or suggestion may be skipped; agreeing to play does not mean consenting to any particular activity.

Consider your own well-being, limitations and your partner’s consent. The materials are for entertainment and do not replace medical or psychological advice. Do not carry out activities that are unsafe, unlawful or unwanted by any participant.

3. Accounts and interaction with your partner

Some features require an account. Keep access to the email address you provide and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact support if you notice unauthorised access or can no longer sign in.

Link your account to your partner’s deliberately: couple features involve sharing the information those features are designed to share. Fantasy Match displays matching answers according to the game’s rules. Games on one device and games on two devices use the corresponding service settings.

4. Free features and subscriptions

The service includes free features and paid access. The available features, price, currency and subscription period are shown in the service interface or payment bot before payment. A subscription also unlocks the features provided by the service for a linked partner; the partner does not make a separate purchase for this access.

Payment is made using a method selected from those available, through the relevant payment service. That provider’s payment processing rules apply. Full bank card details are not passed to Sex Play for storage. Access is activated after payment confirmation. Contact support if activation is delayed.

The current subscription is paid for as a one-off purchase, with no automatic charge for the next period. When you buy an extension, any remaining paid time is preserved. A price change does not increase the cost of access you have already paid for.

Lifetime access does not require periodic renewal and lasts for as long as the service operates, subject to the section on possible closure. This version of the terms does not shorten access periods or remove more favourable conditions attached to access purchased previously.

5. Payment problems and refunds

If your payment has been confirmed but your subscription has not appeared, email info@sex-play.ru. Include your account, payment date and order or payment reference, if available. We will check the payment and restore access if it was not provided. Do not send passwords or full bank card details.

For refund enquiries, contact support at the same address. Each request is considered individually, taking into account the circumstances of the payment and the requirements of applicable law. Contacting support does not restrict any other legal remedies available to you.

6. Custom dares and moderation

You may create your own dares for use with your partner. These dares do not automatically become part of the shared catalogue. If you have allowed a dare to be submitted for publication, it may be reviewed through moderation. If accepted, a separate copy is created for the shared catalogue; your personal original is preserved.

Rejection for publication does not in itself block your account or prevent you from using the personal dare with your partner. Do not submit materials to the shared catalogue that violate the law or other people’s rights. Submit only materials you are entitled to provide for that use. Posting a dare does not transfer exclusive rights in your original material to the Administration.

7. Protecting the service and restricting access

Hacking, unauthorised access to other people’s accounts or data, payment fraud, distribution of malicious code and attacks that disrupt the service are prohibited. The Administration may restrict access when such activity is detected in order to protect the service and its users.

Restricted access does not automatically extinguish all rights relating to payment. Disputed restrictions and related payments are reviewed through support, taking into account the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Materials and service operation

Use the games and materials for personal entertainment. Rights in the software, design and materials remain with their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer exclusive rights or grant permission to resell other people’s materials.

We maintain the service, but updates, maintenance interruptions and failures of external systems may occur. Contact support if a problem prevents you from using paid access. This section does not exclude liability under applicable law for failure to provide access or for providing it improperly.

9. Possible closure

There are no plans to close the service. If the Administration decides to close it, it will stop accepting new payments and give users notice on the website at least 12 months before closure. During that period, users with lifetime access will retain access at no additional charge.

Paid fixed-term periods will be honoured in full. If the remaining paid access cannot be provided, the matter will be resolved individually through support in accordance with applicable law. Discontinuing development or the release of new features does not in itself mean that the service is closing.

10. Changes and enquiries

The current version of these terms is published on this page with its version date. Changes do not apply retrospectively to shorten periods already paid for or remove mandatory user rights. The Administration announces changes that materially affect paid access on the website before applying them.
